our slings are designed and manufactured to fit the
bottle you plan on using, rather than a generic
dimension which will work on several different sizes.

you are (or will be) using and we will analyze what
product would be best. There is no initial cost, even
through the prototype sampling stage.

find our work schedule 24 / 7 in order to meet our
customers immediate needs. We know unexpected changes
to your scheduling can occur, and we don’t want to be
the one who keeps you from filling those requirements.

ZEPCO POLY SLING
The Poly Sling uses several processes, such as
extrusion, die-cutting and heat sealing to end up a
finished product. The resin is proprietary and found
to have the best characteristics for flexibility and
strength.. Having a successful track record for
decades has made this product a favorite of many large pharmaceutical companies. Since every Zepco product is custom made, there is no such thing as a bottle configuration that we could not accomplish. ZEPCO RING SLING
The Ring Sling is an injection-molded hanger with
flexibility and strength. Over the years, we have
manufactured sizes from 50ml to 200ml. We have our
own tool / mold making shop and can make this product
in various sizes as well. We use a proprietary resin,
which we have found to offer the characteristics
needed for proper use. |
